Do you know what’s driving your profit? Or eroding it?
Can you trust your cash flow forecast beyond next month?
Are you clear on what’s working in your business model, which service or product line and with what locations or teams. And what isn’t?
Your reports won’t tell you that unless they’re designed to. Most off-the-shelf reports show history, not meaning.
It’s not about more data. It’s about better questions.
